AUDIO BULLYS TO HEADLINE DANCE ISLAND 2008

Dance Island 2008 | 5^th July 2008 | Ely, Cambridgeshire

Audio Bullys have been announced as headliners for the main stage at Dance Island 2008.

The UK duo will be heading a massive line up for the electronic music festival, set to take place July 5^th in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside.

Joining them on the main stage will be Stanton Warriors and Freemasons, with further acts still to be announced.

Mauro Picotto leads the Trance arena, hosted by BIG, and is joined by Irish superstars Agnelli & Nelson, BBC Radio 1’s Dave Pearce, and Mark Sherry of Public domain among others.

The Slinky Hard Arena will see the Tidy Boys head up a superstar lineup including Audio Surgery which features Organ Donors vs Vinylgroover,  BBC Radio 1’s Kutski, hard dance veterans BK & Andy Farley plus much more.

Hardcore fans are in for a treat at the Natural Born Ravers arena as Dougal & Gammer perform their live platinum DJ set featuring Cat Knight, Jenna & Lisa Marie. Hixxy will be up against the legend that is Slipmatt, with Darren Styles, Sy  and many more DJs heading up an amazing line up. MC Storm and Whizzkid  will be 100% exclusive on the night

The Raindance arena is packed full with old skool legends, Baby D headlines the arena, performing their live PA. The Ratpack will be searching for their rizzlas, along with Slipmatt, Kenny Ken, and Billy "Daniel" Bunter all playing their part at the top of this massive line up.

The line up for the house arena hosted by Koolwaters features Swedish ace Stonebridge, and the much talked about Kate Lawler. They will be joined by a very special headline guest, to be announced soon.

Fierce Angels are set to give those lucky enough to be VIP a treat, as they host the VIP arena with Mark Doyle, Mark Collins, Matt Wright and Simon Carter.

There will also be an opportunity to catch upcoming DJs as trackitdown.net host the Open Decks Dome, with 15 pre-selected bedroom DJs (from the competition currently being run on www.dance-island.com ) being given the chance to play at Dance Island.
